Adam Schaal

Adam Schaal is the Founder and Managing Director of Locale Property Group and the driving force behind Locale Homes.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in the building industry, including a previous role as General Manager of one of Western Australia’s respected building groups, Adam has seen the home-building process from both the business and buyer perspectives.

He founded Locale Homes after recognising that many buyers were entering one of the biggest financial commitments of their lives without someone genuinely representing their interests. His goal was to create a better way to buy and build, based on greater choice, clearer information and support that continues well beyond signing a contract.

Adam brings an insider’s understanding of how builders operate, what buyers should compare and where unexpected costs or complications can arise. Through his articles, he explains the practical details behind choosing land, comparing builders, understanding inclusions and preparing for the building journey.

He also hosts Own It: Your Property Partner, where he speaks with industry professionals and everyday Australians about buying, building and investing in property. Adam’s approach is straightforward: remove the jargon, discuss the realities and help people ask better questions before making major property decisions.
