At Locale Homes, we do not charge any additional upfront fees to our customers.
We get paid by the respective building company when we identify the right home for our clients. If you choose to work with our in-house finance team at Locale Finance, our in-house finance brokers get paid by the banks directly so there are no extra costs to you.
This model follows the same standard approach as other insurance or financial brokerages.
Our business is based on customer experience and advocacy, unlike individual corporations pushing their one product on you. We are all for choice and providing unbiased advice.
