By referring your friend to Locale Property Group, you acknowledge that you have obtained their permission to provide their details and for them to be contacted by a Locale Homes or Locale Wealth representative. 

Referrer = the existing Locale client making the referral.
Referred Client = the person being referred. 

Eligibility 

To be eligible to receive a referral reward, the referrer must: 

a) Have entered into a building contract to construct a dwelling with Locale Homes or Locale Wealth.
b) Refer a person who also enters into a building contract with Locale Homes or Locale Wealth.
c) Refer a new client who has not previously engaged with Locale Homes or Locale Wealth. The Referred Client must not already exist as an active enquiry or client of Locale Homes or Locale Wealth at the time the referral is submitted.
d) Obtain permission from the person being referred before submitting their details.
e) Referrals must be submitted between 8 September 2026 and 31 October 2026
f) PPA for referred client must be signed prior to 31 October 2026.

There is no limit to the number of friends that can be referred. 

The referral must be submitted before or at the referred client’s first interaction with a New Homes Advocate or Investment Partner. Referral details will not be accepted after this point. 

Reward & Payment 

The $2,000 referral payment will be paid by direct deposit once both the referrer’s and referred client’s homes have reached the slab-down construction milestone. 

The $1,000 for the referred client will be in the form of a prestart credit. The $1,000 (inc. GST) Prestart credit will be provided to the referred client and must be included in the signed PPA contract.
