From pushing play to move in day, these are the milestones of how your home is built.

Let’s dig deeper. Learn about the 8 key milestones for building your perfect place.

A special moment, when your block of land becomes the foundation of your new home. The area will be levelled and compacted, and your site will be cleared, along with the creation of a sandpit, footings, and the establishment of services such as sewage, power, and water.

Get the bubbly – it’s time to have a slab party! Slab down involves the pouring of your concrete footings and concrete slab. Once cured, the slab is the base of your beautiful new home.

Once your slab is completed, you will transition from your Subfloor Supervisor to your Construction Supervisor. Your Supervisor will be bringing your home to life and will keep you informed through the process.

Where you see the layout of your home come together. Depending on your build method and selections, you will see frames, brickwork and rendering. Once completed, you will have reached plate height.

You will see your carpentry team forming your roof frame and your roof cover will be installed. At this stage, your plumbing and electricity will also be installed in your home. Next, your Construction Supervisor will organise site cleaning to ensure the area is ready for the ceilings, walls, and finishes to be completed.

Your home is now sealed and the finishing items will commence! The cabinets and benchtops for your kitchen will be fitted, plumbing installed and the concrete floor poured into your garage. Your Construction Supervisor will also arrange a meeting to confirm your tiling placement.

Where you inspect and review your beautiful new home! With your Construction Supervisor, you will work through documentation and areas that will require attention to ensure your home is to the highest standard.

All your remedial works will be completed and you’re ready to pick up your keys and move in. Your perfect place for you, your friends and your family to thrive.
